The Smart Water Quality Monitor is an intelligent system designed for real-time monitoring of water quality at water intake points, such as the FT-QSZ07 model.
In the Smart Water Quality Monitor, water sampling is the first step to achieve water quality monitoring. Its purpose is to obtain representative and accurate water samples, providing a foundation for subsequent detection of water quality parameters.
The FT-QSZ07 Smart Water Quality Monitor consists of a steady flow and air exhaust unit, an analysis and testing unit, a system control unit, and a remote communication unit, with complete functions such as power supply, lightning protection, and network communication. It mainly monitors water quality parameters including water temperature, conductivity, pH, dissolved oxygen, ammonia nitrogen, turbidity, and COD. Using highly integrated technology, it integrates automatic water quality monitoring functions into a single cabinet.
Working Principle
Water Sampling Process: Water samples from the water source are pumped into the steady flow and air exhaust unit of the monitoring station through water intake equipment such as pumps. This unit stabilizes the flow and removes air from the water sample to ensure its stability and accuracy.
Analysis and Testing: The processed water sample enters the analysis and testing unit, which is equipped with various high-precision sensors (e.g., pH sensor, conductivity sensor, turbidity sensor). These sensors can quickly and accurately perform real-time monitoring and analysis of various water quality parameters in the sample.
Data Processing and Transmission: The system control unit processes and analyzes the collected monitoring data, then uploads the data to a supporting IoT platform for data display, storage, and analysis through the remote communication unit. Users can view monitoring data and analysis reports anytime, anywhere via terminal devices such as computers and mobile phones.
The FT-QSZ07 Smart Water Quality Monitor can be widely used for online water quality monitoring in urban or rural waterworks, tap water transmission pipelines, secondary water supply systems, user terminal water, indoor swimming pools, large water purification equipment, and direct drinking water. It serves as an essential device in fields such as waterworks production process control, water resources management, and health supervision.
