1. Sample Preparation: The meat sample is homogenized, and DNA is extracted.
2. PCR Reaction: Specific primers, probes, and sample DNA are added to a reaction tube and placed in a detection instrument for PCR amplification.
3. Real-time Detection: During PCR amplification, the instrument monitors DNA amplification in real time through fluorescence signals, generating an amplification curve.
4. Data Analysis: Based on the fluorescence signal intensity and amplification curve, it is determined whether the sample contains the specific DNA sequence, thus determining the authenticity of the meat.

6. High-sensitivity detector: Uses a high-sensitivity photomultiplier tube imported from Japan for higher detection sensitivity.
7. No optical path correction required: The scanning system ensures that the signal excitation and detection optical paths are completely consistent for each well, eliminating the need for optical path correction. This frees up a channel for correction, enabling true four-channel gene detection. ★
