Solar Panel Tester is a device for detecting internal defects in solar cells or battery modules. It utilizes the electroluminescence principle of crystalline silicon and can automatically identify defects using AI.Solar Panel Tester is used for internal defect detection in photovoltaic solar panels, helping users better control production and installation risks through product quality inspection.
Solar Panel Tester is equipped with a 24.16MP infrared camera, effectively helping users detect DC quality problems inside photovoltaic panels. The device is equipped with an energy storage power supply and a Wi-Fi wireless control module, making on-site inspection more convenient and faster.
It comes with AI defect recognition software for fully automatic defect detection. The software identifies defects using AI or allows for manual standard defect identification, automatic defect classification, and one-click generation of inspection reports.
