The 5-in-1 Weather Sensor, a high-performance meteorological monitoring device meticulously crafted by Fengtu IoT, is specifically designed for complex environments such as docks. It can monitor five key meteorological parameters - wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, and air pressure - in real-time, providing accurate meteorological data support for ship docking, maintenance, and marine engineering.
This device adopts ultrasonic sensing technology, achieving a fully integrated structure without mechanical components. This not only improves measurement accuracy but also enhances the stability and service life of the device. Its hidden probe design on the top cover can effectively prevent the accumulation of rain and snow and the blockage of natural wind, ensuring stable operation even in the rainy and highly humid harsh environment of coastal docks. In addition, the compact size design such as snap-on probes enables the FT-WQX5 to be easily installed in the limited space of the dock. The anti-vibration performance perfectly solves the problem of loosening that may occur during transportation and installation, ensuring that the device can maintain a good working state under various conditions.
The FT-WQX5 has the ability to continuously monitor online for 24 hours, and can output high-precision meteorological data in real-time, providing a timely and accurate decision-making basis for dock operations. The built-in watchdog circuit and automatic reset function of the device enable it to maintain system stability in the face of complex electromagnetic interference, ensuring the continuity and reliability of data. This is particularly important for the dock environment, as the interference generated by large-scale mechanical operations and ship electronic equipment in the dock may seriously affect the normal operation of ordinary meteorological equipment.
To adapt to the special environment of the dock, the FT-WQX5 uses an ASA engineering plastic housing that is resistant to salt spray corrosion. It can maintain stable performance in a high-salt and high-humidity environment for a long time and will not affect the service life and measurement accuracy of the device due to housing corrosion. The device is standardly equipped with an RS485 communication interface and supports the MODBUS protocol. Users can also choose Ethernet, wireless modules, etc. according to actual needs, which is convenient for integration with the dock management system to achieve remote data transmission and centralized monitoring.
