During the production process in a concrete factory area, dust pollution is likely to occur easily. In the links of raw material loading and unloading, handling, batching, and mixing, as well as in the stacking and loading/unloading of materials in the sand and gravel stockpiles, the conveying of the aggregate conveyor belt, the operation of the mixer, and the untimely cleaning of the factory area roads, a large number of particulate matters will be scattered into the air. These dust particles will reduce the air quality around the factory area, endanger the health of residents, and also wear out the equipment, reducing its service life and operating efficiency.
To control the dust in the concrete factory area, various measures can be taken. Enclose the sand and gravel stockpiles, batching facilities, etc., and configure spraying and misting facilities; harden the ground of the factory area roads, parking lots, and operation areas, clean and sprinkle water in a timely manner, and plant greenery on the open spaces; install an automatic vehicle washing platform in the factory area to collect and treat the vehicle washing wastewater and slurry; install bag dust collectors for the mixers, powder silos, etc.; set up a fully enclosed waste warehouse; install video surveillance and online dust monitoring equipment at the points where dust is likely to be generated, and connect them to the platform of the regulatory department.
Installing a Dust detector can make up for the deficiencies of traditional manual monitoring. The traditional method has low efficiency, discontinuous data, and a lagging response. In contrast, this system can monitor the dust situation in the factory area in real time and continuously, and transmit the data to the monitoring platform in a timely manner, improving the efficiency and accuracy of supervision and providing data support and a scientific basis for dust control.
The Dust detector is an environmental protection device based on the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technologies, mainly composed of an online monitoring unit, a data processing unit, and a data application unit. The online dust monitor in the online monitoring unit uses the β-ray method or the light scattering method to monitor the particulate matter in the air, and it can also be optionally equipped with a video monitoring unit, a meteorological sensor, etc. The data processing unit is responsible for collecting and storing data, and transmitting the data and the equipment status according to the instructions. The data application unit can store, analyze, and count the monitoring data, generate reports and charts, and set up a warning function.
Its advantages lie in its real-time nature, as it can monitor and transmit data in real time, making it easy to detect problems promptly; comprehensiveness, as it can monitor dust, noise, meteorological parameters, etc., achieving multi-dimensional monitoring; intelligence, as it has functions such as data storage, analysis, and warning, and can generate visual charts and reports; and remote monitoring, as it can remotely monitor the operation status of the system and the air quality situation through the Internet or mobile terminals.
Installing a Dust detector is a measure for concrete factories to strengthen dust control and supervision. It can provide a scientific basis for managers and regulatory departments, urge enterprises to implement dust prevention and control measures, and improve the air quality in the factory area and its surrounding areas.
Soil moisture, which refers to the humidity state of the soil, is crucial for plant growth. In agricultural planting, farmers often mention terms like "seizing moisture," "conserving moisture," and "losing moisture." These practices are all aimed at maintaining suitable...
A soil moisture monitoring system is an automated system used to monitor soil moisture conditions, which can help farmers or agricultural researchers better understand soil moisture conditions in order to develop more effective irrigation schedules and crop management strategies.Soil moisture monito...
With the rapid improvement of China's industrial level, the proportion of petroleum and by-products in industrial production is increasing, and the construction of reserve oil depots in China is becoming more and more intensive, putting forward higher requirements for the performance of oil tank...
In today's agricultural production, moisture monitoring system is playing an increasingly important role. Like a guardian, it keeps an eye on the condition of the soil and provides farmers with timely and accurate information to help them rationally utilize water resources and improve the yield...
