Traditional monitoring methods have limitations such as untimely monitoring and discontinuous data. However, the Odor gas online monitoring system can effectively overcome these deficiencies and achieve real-time and continuous monitoring of malodorous gases.
The Odor gas online monitoring system FT-EC03A can monitor the malodor in polluted areas intermittently or continuously for 24 hours. It can detect pollutants specified in the GB14554 standard, such as odor concentration, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, etc. Its detection part is composed of a mixed array of various sensors, including metal oxide sensors, PID photoionization detectors, etc. The sensors can be individually plugged in, calibrated, and replaced, and calibration can be carried out on-site. By using a multi-sensor array layout, it can simulate the human olfactory system. The display control system uses a 7-inch true-color liquid crystal touch screen, which can display real-time data, historical concentration curves, etc. It also has a sensor pre-maintenance function, a large data recording capacity, can be copied via USB, and supports firmware upgrades and remote operation.
The communication system has a hardware platform, supports a variety of communication methods, and can achieve secure data transmission, remote viewing, and concurrent transmission to multiple servers. The pretreatment part is equipped with a filtering device, which can reduce interference and ensure the accuracy of monitoring. The chassis is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, with a high waterproof rating, and can adapt to harsh weather conditions.
