Composite gas is a gas mixture composed of two or more gases mixed in a certain proportion, and each gas in it may have an impact on the environment and human health. In many industrial scenarios, the three gases that particularly need attention are EX (flammable gas), H₂S (hydrogen sulfide), and CO (carbon monoxide).
EX flammable gas is volatile. It diffuses in the air and mixes with air to form an explosive mixture. Once it encounters a source of ignition, it will immediately trigger combustion or even an explosion, resulting in significant casualties and property losses. Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) is a highly toxic gas. Even low-concentration exposure can damage the human nervous system and respiratory tract, causing symptoms such as headache, dizziness, nausea, and difficulty in breathing. High-concentration exposure can lead to death in a very short time. Carbon monoxide (CO) has a much stronger binding ability to hemoglobin than oxygen, which greatly weakens the oxygen-carrying function of the blood, causing symptoms such as headache and confusion. In severe cases, it can also be fatal.
The Composite Gas Detector FT-FHQ2 is a portable pump-suction four-in-one gas detector that can simultaneously detect four gases: flammable gas (EX), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), carbon monoxide (CO), and oxygen (O₂). Its sensors have high sensitivity, good repeatability, and a short response time, enabling rapid and accurate detection of gas leakage or excessive gas concentration. The instrument is equipped with an LCD screen, which can display various information in real time and also has a backlight function. It has a built-in intelligent alarm system with a loud alarm sound, which can promptly send out audible, visual, and vibration alarms. The operation interface is simple, supporting operation menus in both Chinese and English. It can query historical alarm information and calibrate the gas alarm points. It is convenient to use and maintain, and the sensors have a long lifespan. It has a strong adaptability to the working environment, with an IP65 protection level and strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. It is small in size and light in weight, making it easy to carry. It is equipped with a large-capacity lithium battery, which has a long standby time and a short charging time, and supports USB charging. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum and chemical engineering, and can effectively prevent gas leakage accidents, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
