GNSS Monitoring Station is a product based on differential RTK technology. It is specifically designed for engineering fields such as dam safety monitoring, bridge health inspection, and landslide warning, possessing millimeter-level high-precision displacement monitoring capabilities.
The power supply range is from DC10V to 15V, with a power consumption of only 0.25W. The static accuracy in differential mode can reach ±(2.5mm + 1ppm) horizontally and ±(5mm + 1ppm) vertically. The unique choke ring antenna and magnetic absorbing material effectively reduce the multipath effect. The communication protocol adopts Modbus-RTU. It supports offline calculation of displacement amount and direction and also supports RTCM3 differential data. It has a compact size. The monitoring station is equipped with a 30W solar panel and a 20AH battery. The power consumption depends on different configurations. It supports various alarm and output functions in the independent working mode, and there are diverse data communication and transmission methods, including 4G, wireless bridge, etc. The collector supports RS485 output of relevant data formats and can add environmental sensors. The cloud platform supports forwarding and 3D data viewing.
During the installation process, the requirements are rather strict. The surrounding areas of the reference station and the measurement station need to avoid tall buildings and maintain a distance of at least 20 meters. The distance between the two is recommended to be less than 500 meters, with a maximum of no more than 2KM and should be set at the same altitude as much as possible. They should also be as visible as possible and avoid obstructions. The measurement antenna should be the highest point within 20 meters. The installation base should be stable. There are also specifications for the height and position of the data transmission antenna and the LoRa antenna.
