Chloride Ion Sensor relies on the principle of ion selection to measure the concentration of free chloride ions in water in real time, with a range of 0-3500.0 mg/L. It features RS-485 (MODBUS-RTU) signal output, offering rapid and economical detection, and is suitable for online chloride ion monitoring in most industrial water environments.

Chloride Ion Sensor is a professional device specifically designed for real-time and accurate monitoring of chloride ion concentration in water. It is primarily used to test for free chloride ions in water and has wide applications in water environment monitoring projects such as industrial wastewater, circulating cooling water, and surface water.

Chloride Ion Sensor uses an ion-selective electrode as its core detection component, employing the ion selection method as its measurement principle. The electrode specifically senses free chloride ions in the water, converting changes in ion concentration into a recognizable electrical signal. After internal processing and conversion, the corresponding chloride ion detection value is output. Compared to traditional laboratory sampling and testing methods, this sensor eliminates the need for complex reagents and consumables, simplifies the detection process, offers rapid response, and reduces overall operating costs. Chloride Ion Sensor uses RS-485 (MODBUS-RTU) as its standard signal output, a widely used communication protocol in the industrial field. It can directly interface with various devices such as industrial PLCs, water quality monitoring cloud platforms, and online monitoring systems without requiring additional software modifications, facilitating system integration and enabling remote transmission and uninterrupted online control of chloride ion data. It also features ±0.3℃ temperature compensation to reduce data deviation caused by water temperature changes and ensure data stability during long-term online monitoring.

The housing is made of ABS material, offering excellent water resistance. A 5-meter cable is included, allowing operators to easily adjust the sensor's installation position according to site conditions. The device supports immersion deployment, making installation and operation convenient and requiring minimal maintenance.

Excessive chloride ion concentration in water can accelerate the corrosion of pipelines and production equipment, and also affect the compliance of wastewater discharge.
