Windway ultrasonic explosion-proof weather station introduction

Ultrasonic explosion-proof weather station is one of the main products of Windway Technology, model FT-FB02, which is manufactured for such special places as chemical plants and oil depots. It is an integrated weather station, integrating data collection, storage and communication upload, based on the concept of anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, waterproof, shockproof and dustproof.

The ultrasonic explosion-proof weather station adopts an independent structural design and advanced sensing technology, with the advantages of simple structure, easy installation and stable performance. It adopts an ultrasonic weather sensor, monitoring items including wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, real-time data display directly on the explosion-proof screen through wired communication, with RS232 interface, explosion-proof screen size of 1m*0.5m, spliced by 9 P10 unit boards. The instrument can be widely used in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, chemical production and research and design units, universities and colleges, scientific research institutes and other enterprises and institutions that need to monitor safety conditions.

This product supports customization and can be flexibly configured to monitor elements according to user requirements; and provides upper computer software, which supports json string, modbus485 and other communication methods. It has storage function and can store not less than 500,000 pieces of data; and the equipment has passed the standards of GB3836. 1-2010 Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment, GB3836. 4-2010 Explosive Environment Part 4: Protected by Intrinsically Safe "i'' Equipment, etc.

In addition, the manufacturer has Ex ia IIC T4 Ga high level explosion-proof certificate.
