Operating on the principle of infrared scattered light, it accurately calculates sludge concentration by measuring the light scattering intensity of suspended sludge particles. It enables continuous, real-time monitoring, effectively replacing the delayed results associated with traditional manual laboratory testing. Equipped with a dedicated infrared LED light source and internal signal isolation technology, the device effectively filters out interference from ambient light, flow fluctuations, and temperature changes, ensuring measurement stability in complex aquatic environments.
Sludge concentration meter offers performance specifications tailored to industrial wastewater monitoring needs. It features a standard measurement range of 0 to 20.000 g/L with a resolution of 0.001 g/L and an accuracy of ±5%. Supporting a two-point calibration mode, it allows for precise calibration based on site-specific water conditions to meet various monitoring standards. The device is highly adaptable, featuring low power consumption (only 0.7W during normal operation) and compatibility with 12–24V DC industrial power supplies common in wastewater treatment sites.
