Equipped with a low-power microprocessor and a 24-bit high-precision AD converter, the integrated structure allows for easy installation. The capacitive wave height meter is a high-performance hydrological monitoring device integrating a low-power microprocessor, a 24-bit high-precision AD converter, and a capacitive wave height sensor. It is primarily used to measure hydrological data such as wave height, period, and water level changes, and has become an indispensable instrument for long-term monitoring of aquatic environments.

The capacitive wave height meter features an integrated body structure with high component integration, simplifying on-site installation and eliminating the need for complex debugging procedures. The integrated design also reduces the risk of malfunctions such as loose wiring and component detachment. It can maintain stable operation in outdoor humid and windy environments, reducing the workload of subsequent equipment maintenance. In terms of communication, it is equipped with RS485 long-distance communication technology. Even when the monitoring point and the central control platform are far apart, the transmitted signal can still resist external electromagnetic interference, ensuring that the wave acquisition data is transmitted back to the backend completely and accurately, avoiding data loss and signal interruption.

The capacitive wave height meter has a measurement range of 0-1500mm, a resolution of 0.1mm, a measurement accuracy of ≤0.1%F.S, and a sampling frequency greater than 100Hz. Its high-frequency sampling capability can capture short-cycle, rapidly changing wave signals, ensuring no instantaneous surge data is missed. The instrument operates on DC12V with a rated power consumption of less than 0.5W. This extremely low power consumption extends the service life of the power supply equipment, making it ideal for long-term monitoring scenarios in the field where there is no external mains power and the equipment relies on battery power. The sensor uses a non-mechanical contact measurement mode; there are no moving parts inside the probe, eliminating problems such as mechanical wear and jamming. The instrument exhibits good linearity, fast response speed, and high overall reliability, enabling continuous monitoring for extended periods.

The capacitive wave height meter is applicable to a wide range of water bodies, including oceans, ports, reservoirs, and lakes. In marine and port projects, it can provide real wave monitoring data for the construction of breakwaters and wharves, supporting engineering design and subsequent operation and maintenance; in reservoirs and lakes, the instrument can continuously record changes in water level and surface waves, assisting staff in conducting hydrological research and water area safety management, making it an ideal choice for long-term reliable wave and water level monitoring in various water areas.
